1.Execute functional strategies in manufacturing engineering
2.Planning of machining/painting/assembly/ testing process of new project or product
3.Planning and implementing process continuous improvement program, such as introduction of Zero Defect program, CAA system, Poka Yoke devices, lead PFMEA project, etc.
4.Prepare working plan and bill of material(BOM) in SAP
5.In cooperation with purchasing department to finalize Make or Buy decisions and support product localization project
6.Conduct product manufacturability analysis and give feedback to design department to trigger engineering change procedures
7.Supervision of existing running production technology and provide problem- solving decisions to daily operations
8.Fixtures and tooling administration including selection, procurement and stock management in accordance with the production technology
9.Prepare WI (Working Instruction) for manufacturing process
10.Calculate, verify and monitor the parts/product processing time (setup, machining, assembly and testing), regular update routing time in SAP
11.Carry out timely machining and/or assembly process capacity planning (capacity calculation, assessment and expansion plan)
12.Update working plans/BOMs in SAP in case Engineering Change or process change occurred
13.Implement actions based on lean production concept.
14.Support Budget planning, analysis, review and ongoing controlling
15.Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor
1.University degree or above
2.Familiar with metal processing process in automobile or related industry
3.Deep understand and hands on in Lean Production System
4.Engineering capability, knowledge of state-of-the-art manufacturing (machining, assembly and testing) processes
5.Sound experiences in mechanical manufacturing process planning and monitoring, experienced in one of the relevant function (like Industrial Engineering in machining and/or assembly, Design, System Engineering, Production, Quality Control, etc. ).
6.Hands on in manufacturing process improvement with the approach towards Zero Defect.
7.Working experiences in European mechanical companies is favorable
8.Quality assurance procedures in production
9.Experiences in machining centers
10.Logistics structures and material flow in production shop flow
11.SAP R/3 or other ERP system
12.Good English both in written and oral
