Supplier Development Manager

Job Description

Increases Supply Chain efficiency & overall customer satisfaction, Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) driven by measurable &:
Ø To improve quality level and reliability of suppliers
Ø To achieve top level delivery performances
Ø To secure the demanding for ramp-up at supplier level, mitigate the capacity risks.
Ø To improve significantly supplier’s productivity & global cost
Ø Contribute to extended Supply Chain integration
Ø To manage overall risks on supply chain quality and provide solution for mitigation.
Ø To transfer the supply chain quality requirement and coach the suppliers to ensure application of harmonized best practices
Ø Provide suggestion for developing regional supply chain strategy/decision; with maximum utilize the culture advantage

Ø Education: Technical degree, Business Degree (Bachelor)
Ø Experience: More than 10 years industrial experience in Aeronautics, Space, Defense, Automotive and/or other relevant industries.
Ø Basic Skills: Strong operational management skills, in particular in Supply Chain & Quality– including “SCM/Lean/6 Sigma” knowledge to efficiently manage FE activities and resources. Communication and language skills enabling to act internationally and at all levels of the organizations.
Ø Soft Skills: Leadership and coaching skills to guarantee supplier engagement and development. Outstanding multi-functions / multi-cultures coordination skills. Pragmatic, persuasive, culture awareness, tenacity.
Ø Technical Skills: Good understanding of Risks management. Crisis management capabilities, able to prioritize and act in complex environment and circumstance
