Job Description

HORECA Sales Executive – FMCG Industry (Female Only). 
On behalf of our client a leading FMCG company in the region with high profitability and huge market share is looking to hire “HoReCa Sales Excutive” in UAE.

Role: HORECA Executive.
Reports to: HORECA Sales Manager.

Main Purpose of Role:
The HORECA Sales executive is fully responsible for achieving the sales targets in her area, adding new customers to the existing customer base while maintain a strong relationship with the existing ones

Key Accountabilities and Business Priorities:
•    Excellence in market execution when it comes to customer service and coverage
•    Build strong relationship with Customers and ensure the company is always regarded as Preferred supplier
•    Ensure weekly demand plans prepared to the plant, are reflecting the customers needs and achieving the sales targets.
•    Develop new customers and follow up on potential leads
•    Introduce new products and promotions to the customers
•    Act as a consultant to the customers when it comes to service, quality and product performance and knowledge
•    Daily visits to his costumers. Managing relation at store level as well as HQ
•    Follow up on the cash collection with the customers.
•    Be up-to date with market information and competitor activities and prepare a weekly tracking report
•    Negotiate best deals with clients and ensure implementing the company’s pricing strategy.

Essential Knowledge/ Experience
- Western university graduate at least (BA in business administration, marketing or another related field)
- Minimum experience of 2 years in HORECA sales/hospitality or food catering with a very strong track of records
- Has built a good reputation and strong network in HORECA channel.
- English literate
- Driving license
