European Customer Service Manager( with Logistics experience)

Job Description

My client a MNC Company in Gym Equipment manufacturing is looking forward to recruit a Customer Service Manager ( with Logistics experience). 

Job profile:

• Managing the customer service & logistics team.
• In charge of the Inbound/Outbound logistics related to company products( Gyming equipment)
• Warehouse management and inventory control.
• Streamlining internal operational processes to make the departments work more efficiently. 
• Ensuring Quarterly/Yearly revenue targets are achieved. 
• Negotiating logistics contracts.
• Procurement of equipment 
• Responsible for the full order management cycle.
• Creating structured customer centric operational procedures to ensure the level of customer
satisfaction is increased.
• Generating revenue through added services.
• Planning & execution of the ERP implementation project.
• Organizing departmental team building activities.

Experience: At least 2+ years of relevant experience has to be there.

Location : Dubai

Budget is AED 12,000-16,000( depending on curent salary and experience)
