My client a leading paper manufacturing is looking for a passionate Customer Service Manager to join their rapidly expanding team!

Managing a highly experienced team, you will be responsible for ensuring sales enquires, orders and artwork or cutter requests are handled, as well as any complaints or queries are processed to a high standard.

Candidate Profile:

·         Experienced Manager of people with a proven track record of developing and engaging others

·         Knowledge of Customer Service administration processes

·         Experience of working within a manufacturing environment desirable

·         Competent with data collection and analysis

·         Knowledge of IT and E-business systems

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral.

·         PC literate to an advanced level

·         Actively demonstrates and promotes exceptional customer service.
