Business Developement Specialist

Job Description

The Business Development Specialist will be accountable for business acquisition, establishment of new business partner relationships and strategic development the organisations concession business across the UK and Ireland. The main focus will be the generation of new market leads.

This position is seen as being ideal for a freelance consultant or an independent new business development specialist who has a wealth of experience and network in the UK Retail sector at a very senior level and who is looking to maximise their own potential whilst delivering on a project role for a growing organisation.

Experience requirements include:

  • Minimum 10 – 15 years retail experience, preferably in sales & business development
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Experience building/acquiring new sales opportunities within multiple lines of business
  • Strong B2B track record at a corporate level
  • Thorough knowledge of the British/Irish business ways
  • Strong networking
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to travel  - Full Driving license
