We are currently recruiting a :
Product Manager Ruminant Solutions
As a product manager you report to the Technical Marketing Manager. You work in a small international team of product managers within your specific discipline focus.
·Owning and driving formulation and marketing strategy
·Shaping and coordinating marketing activities
·Identifying customer product and/or application needs, manage them into prioritized product programs and drive execution with sales
·Developing, implementing the regional marketing strategies in co-ordination with the commercial teams
·Day-to-day Product Management interacting with all departments (purchase, operations, sales, r&d, logistics,…) to drive your Product group for Net Sales and Gross Margin and customer satisfaction.
·Safeguarding constant product quality, managing customer complaints
·Aligning with R&D and following up on research projects supporting your products.
·Driving the launch of new products
·Collaborating with the MarCom manager on promotional activities
·Participating in local exhibitions, seminars and other events
·Support R&D in regulatory/registration affairs
·Provide technical support to sales department for your Product Groups
·Providing direct technical support to customers and field projects
·Writing technical papers
-Giving presentations for customers, distributors, workshops, seminars
·University degree in a related technical field (Veterinary Sciences, Agricultural Engineering, Feed Technology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or similar)
·More than 3 years of experience in a veterinary health and/or animal nutrition technical/scientific business environment
·Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
·A high degree of personal motivation
·Must be fluent in English
