BDM Manager will be responsible for sales, development and growth of enterprise business based on the MY CLIENT Technologies service offering portfolio in Ethopia, Africa.
Africa Sales head would be responsible for enterprise/IT Solution Sales in BFSI/Public
Sectors/Oil and Energy domain.
He/she would be responsible for overall targets of 3 + MN USD, which would help to establish & boost client base
As per industry standards
• Bachelor in Engg. /Masters in Computer Application + MBA/PGDM (Sales & Marketing) with 7-10 yrs. of work experience in software product sales
• Strong intrapersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven and consistent success in exceeding annul sales targets of 3+ MN USD in
• Sales “hunter” that will build a substantial sales pipeline. Demonstrable success
in prospecting for new opportunities independent of marketing.
• Manage business planning and related strategies for relevant markets. Develop new business through extensive cold calling and sales skills.
• Supervisory or management experience, preferably of a sales staff.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise accounts in enterprise/IT Solution Sales with
ERP/BFSI/Oil and Energy domain within an assigned sales territory
