Forecasts & analysis for FC and VC for the Berre (France) and Wesseling manufacturing sites.  Lead production close process for the Wesseling site. Take the lead in European budget preparation in particular on the fixed cost + business (read revenue) side.

1) Compilation of annual budgets for FC (= support on VC) for Europe and therefore  liaising directly with key stakeholders (like European Manufacturing Director and Director of Europe) and ensuring timely collation and delivery of final site budget figures to meet business plan requirements.

2) Direct input and advice on Business Planning process

3) Analyse real time data and provide input to evergreen updates related to Europe. This includes Actual versus budget reporting for fixed cost and business results.

4) Deliver monthly manufacturing fixed cost reporting package to key stakeholders

 5)Provide ad hoc analysis to Finance management both    EU  and US and stakeholders

 6) Focus on continuous improvement and drive proposed changes 

 7) Work cooperatively as a team within the FP &A group as well with the rest of our client's finance organization around the globe

 8) Provide  support & coverage for EU VC &FC analysis and stock reporting for EU  Finance Group and relevant US groups.
