Finance Controller
The Role
- 1) Manages the daily accounting activities.
- 2) Prepares financial statements and management reports, meeting the corporate and business unit's deadlines, e.g., various working capital reports, daily and month end product line sales, bookings, and backlog analysis reports, weekly & monthly corporate reporting of financial data.
- 3) Prepares annual operating plan, monthly/quarterly forecast.
- 4) Develops finance and accounting systems, policies, procedures and controls, and ensures compliance with SOX, internal Policies and local statutory requirements.
- 5) Monitors and efficiently controls the cash flow of Plant.
- 6) Supervises all tax filings including VAT, Enterprise Income Tax, Individual Income Tax, etc.
Supervises the IT function.
The Person
- Minimum of ten years experience in accounting/finance with at least three years experience on a comparable position.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA and/or Masters Degree is a plus.
- Hyperion experience is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel is required.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement.
- Direct experience in all areas of responsibilities listed in "Specific Duties and Responsibilities".
