We are currently working with an innovative and growing medical device manufacturer who through their development are looking to build a direct sales representation across the German market. With a new Head of DACH joining the organisation they are transforming from an indirect to direct structure and therefore looking for strong, driven and passionate sales force to join their team.
This will be a traditional Area Sales Representative/Manager role where you will be required to build new and extend existing relationship within the healthcare community with physicians, hospital management, procurement and clinical personnel.
Our client’s products are a mix of Capital Equipment and disposables and will have a mix of short and long terms sales cycles to manage, along with driving the education and training of client and the development of KOL within this area is essential.
To be considered for these positions you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful prior history working within the medical device sector with experience developing, building and extending relationships within a healthcare environment. Capital Equipment exposure would be an advantage, although if not an understanding and relevant skills to drive longer sales cycles and managing large project/tender based processes.
The successful individual will need to be willing to travel extensively and be able to function in an operating room environment and attend surgical procedures when required.
