1. Reporting to the board of directors, the successful candidate will be In charge of all sales and operation activities for a newly setting up BU of American company in China.
2. Responsible for full P&L, establishing and implementing the company's long and mid-term development plans, annual sales plan and investment plan etc.
3. Manage, motivate and coordinate all departments and branch companies.
4. Manage and promote the company's own branded products in China

• Familiar with sales and brand management in China, preferably with B2B Sales Experience and have client resource
  Fluent in the English language with good communications skills  
• High moral and ethical values
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or China equivalent
• Extensive sales and marketing background
• Experience in a management role with one or more international corporations
• An understanding of how to effectively manage a business that combines Eastern and Western cultures
• A results oriented leadership style that can effectively manage in a team environment.
