Our client develops and manufactures innovative surgical navigation systems with proprietary Flex sensor technology. In the last years, along with world-renowned physicians, our client has changed the standard in ENT navigation with its proprietary navigation technology.  This unique technology is expected to be very useful in oral and maxillofacial surgery, neurosurgery, and spine surgery. For our client we are searching a highly motivated

Area Sales Manager for either

Europe/Asia/Middle East

(Home office located in Germany)

The role:

  • Commercial management of the region; lead the entire sales process for Germany and France
  • Drive sales of Surgery systems into Operating rooms.
  • Develop new and existing accounts, including managing key reference site accounts.
  • Deliver compelling product proposals to illustrate clinical and financial benefits.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven success within medical device sales; surgical and / or complex medical equipment.
  • Evidence of meeting and exceeding annual medical sales targets.
  • Experience within neurosurgery, oral surgery, or spine surgery
  • Articulate, highly-driven, go-getter with real determination to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong business acumen to lead and structure complex sales across multiple stakeholders
  • Spoken and written English, German and French is a must, any additional languages are a plus
