OVERALL OBJECTIVES :

The company is developing  the Next Generation) of a comprehensive and integrated suite of tools and applications to support testing business in our laboratories worldwide.

The main objective of this position is to be one of the eLIMS-NG applications IT Project Manager and lead the corresponding development team.

 

 

 

 

 

SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS

Lead the development team to deliver professional software within agreed timelines.

Accountable for the quality and optimal architecture of the code in term of robustness, security, performances and maintainability.

Direct involvement in the workload estimate for the new requirements and change requests.

Liaise with the other project managers to ensure that the application integrate seamlessly with the other systemS

Day-to-day management of the team of developers and ensure that the team follows the guidelines and best practices.

Provide expertise to the business analyst during the design phase to optimise the application usability and take technical constraints into account.

 Contribute to the recruitment, promotion and development of direct team members.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5 years of experience as the manager of a development team of 8 or more developers
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of software used by 100+ users
  • At least 2 years of experience of SCRUM development

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
