Solution/Collaborative Selling background including:

·         Identify and build key relationships with all management layers, including “C” level

·         Ability to develop and execute account strategies in various industries such as:

o   Telecom

o   Medical

o   Automotive

o   Consumer electronics

o   Access Control

o   Aerospace/Avionics/Safety Critical

o   Government

·         Strong ability in prospecting, qualifying and capturing new business

·         Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas

·         Excellent presentation and communication skills

·         Perfect command of German language

·         Experience selling complex technical embedded solutions

·         Experience managing multi-million dollar global accounts

·         International sales experience a plus

·         Global delivery experience a plus

·         Knowledge of industry certification standards such as:

o   DO-178B & DO254

o   FDA-510K

o   ISO9000


·         Willing to travel
