Since 80 years the company has been making sense of large amounts of data from a wide variety of data sources with the aim to gain intelligent information for their clients (Big Data). Now, they are building a new unit, called Data-Driven-Analytics (DDA). The aim of this important global initiative is to bring together the best Data Scientists, Consultants and Developers with an incredible data landscape in order to generate new premium analytics services for the market. Senior Analytics Consultant (m/w) –

Marketing Analytics

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be a part of a new team in Analytics Business Development & Consulting. The is a client facing organisation that offers analytics & data consultancy, custom analytics solutions and automated cloud-based analytics products in the field of Marketing Analytics 
  • Support in business development including client presentations and pitches
  • Project based client management
  • Creating data and analytics strategies
  • Developing analytics, data and BI concepts
  • Project Management of data explorations / audits, prototype development and solution implementation together with the subject matter experts
  • Being the link between the internal Data Lab team and the client
  • Ensuring alignment of business/client/market requirements in regard to DDA positioning
  • Being a thought-leader in data—driven analytics market  
  • Driving successful, analytics solutions and consultancy, by:
    • Knowing the analytics ecosystem, deriving trends and opportunities
    • Translating the client challenges into analytic designs and data requirements
    • Consult the clients to derive actionable insights  
    • Positioning DDA based on ist value proposition and USPs
    • Leading project teams

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree with strong focus on business administration or related areas
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience required
  • Experience in digital / analytics product management or analytics intelligence  
  • Experience in analytics consultancy, analytics solutions and/or data strategies  
  • Experience in developing data-driven analytics concepts in areas such as: Customer Journey Analyses, ROI Analytics, Customer Life Time Value, Product Management, Price & Promotion, Sales Channel Optimization, Online Marketing, Marketing Mix Modelling, Attribution
  • Marketing and/or Data Science expertise and preferably BI tool experience  
  • Strong business understanding
  • Experience in project management
  • Ability to think strategically in addressing real-world problems analytically
  • Industry experience in Technology, FMCG/Consumer, Retail or Automotive
  • Advanced communication, presentation and client facing skills  
  • English absolutely fluent, German language skills an added advantage, but no Must
