HR Operations Manager

Job Description

Employee Relations. Work with employees and managers to provide advice and counsel on a variety of employee relations matters, including interpersonal relationship and communication challenges, development and ongoing performance management. Partner with all levels of employees to provide generalist support that is aligned with the business initiatives.

Performance Management. Oversee the twice a year process of employee feedback. Team with managers to ensure employees are growing and developing through constructive and thoughtful feedback.

Compensation Analysis & Benchmarking: Participate in compensation benchmarking process including data submittal, analysis and recommendations. Also support annual compensation process including comp changes, total compensation letters, and more.

Benefit strategy and oversight: Oversee overall rewards strategy including relationship with 3rd party vendor.  Put in place softer employee benefits programs and perks to drive overall employee retention.

Reward and Recognition programs. Team with head of HR to define and implement meaningful reward and recognition programs.

Policy design and administration: Develop, support and communicate policies and procedures. Work closely with legal, compliance, facilities and technology on changes.

Legal and Compliance requirements. Ensure compliance with all employment legal requirements.



Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree . 8+ years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role. Proven ability manage all aspects of day-to-day HR . Strong data analysis skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Strong project management skills . Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization . Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams . Must be able to operate in a changing environment and be able to manage ambiguity. Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies . Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
