Antal International is seeking for an Sales Manager Composites based in Hamburg (Germany) (F/M)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Develop new business oppotunities on a commercial and technical basis

- Sell on a market and product focused strategy

- Acquire new customers, offers preparation and market analysis

- Develop and complete product portfolio and evaluate country-specific demands

- Enlarge the suppliers portfolio

- Customer relationship management

- German-wide customer prospection

- On-site technical support

- Direct reporting to BU Manager, based in France

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Technical/commercial degree with work experience in technical project environments

- Technical knowledge in the field of composite materials

- Strong understanding of and interest in the distribution world

- Customer-orientated working approach and flexibility

- High level of commitment, self-initative and a high capacity to work independently

- German language skills at native speaker level, business fluency in English, French language skills would be   a strong benefit

- Willingness to travel at least 60% of working time

- Hands-on attitude as well as a strong ability to execute and manage projects round out your profile
