HR Generalist
The Role
* Develop recruiting channels for both professional and shop-floor positions. * Be responsible for professional positions' recruiting. And manage shop floor position recruiting activities. * Ensure accurate weekly and monthly recruiting reports. * Update JD from time to time based on audit requirements. * Establish talent pool and keep contact with potential candidates. * Formulate annual training plan. Establish and manage training process and documents. *Conduct training and talent development related activities. * Keep good relationship with government and take part in recruiting and talents related activates.
The Person
More than 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry Bachelor degree Related HR functional skill Familiar with China labor law and related regulations Good communication and interpersonal skill Excel\Word\PPT Ningbo resident is preferred.
