Human Resource Manager
The Role
· Develop Human Capital strategies and the HR agenda to support the line organization in the achievement of its business plan. · To manage all recruitment and working with Business Partners in Beijing to provide staffing and retention strategies for the business and working with the HR Manager for Greater China on these focus areas. · To manage the growth of HR needs in line with the acquisition of more entities. · Working with the rest of Asia Pacific and Greater China HR team and segment leaders to grow our businesses, build our organizations and develop our employees for Beijing · Demonstrates a proficient ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner. Is able to articulate and persuasively communicate ideas to others. · Can find, mine and retain talent that is clearly aligned with the current and future business strategy. · Demonstrates a proficient ability to identify cultural and technical competencies needed by the business. · Is able to conduct successful talent reviews to understand the current skills available and future skills needed by the business.
The Person
· BA/BS in business or industrial relations · 4-8 years of human resources experience in multinational company · Strong customer service orientation and excellent written/verbal skills · Strong knowledge of local labor laws · Ability to communicate and build trust with employees at all levels of the organization · Strong project management and solid analytical skills · Ability to work with no staff · Ability to work independently, act in a professional manner and handle confidential information · Ability to use consultation and negotiation skills in dispute resolution and with management · Abililty to take initiative, work pro-actively and be extremely resourceful and tenacious · Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
