For the sales side of the role, we are looking for an individual who is personable and thrives on building relationships, with a strong commercial awareness and the ability to perform in a target-driven role. This role will also require heavy travelling to Client’s sites.within Europe.
a) Promote and foster the image, brand and technical presence of the company in Europe
b) Develop key customer contacts within clients’ organizations (Purchasing, Engineering).
c) Prepare the commercial offers to answer on due-time to the client requests.
d) Responsible for the quality of the commercial/marketing presentations product samples.
e) Grow sales and profitability in line with the company strategy direction and business model.
f) Identify business opportunities. Strong focus on selected targets and incremental opportunities (priorization, selectivity). Drives internal technical optimization and external negotiation loops with the OEMs to converge on market price and beat competition.
g) Commercial activity during program/development phases. Proactive support provided to sell all Engineering Changes.
h) Responsible for commercial policy (including tooling margin/terms of payment and selling of D&D, prototyping/preproduction and validation) and possible T&C negotiations with the OEMs.
a) Strong commercial acumen combined with acute market intelligence
b) + 5 years’ experience in B2B sales
c) Experience with European Automotive or BusMaker client is a huge advantage
d) Demonstrates sustainable market development
e) At ease in cross functional environment and within matrix organization
f) Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant technical discipline (mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or materials science)
g) Fluent English, native Hungarian
