Sales Support / Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

Tasks:

  1. Develop long lasting relations with Key Accounts through the whole sales cycle after the basic terms set by Sales team;
  2. Solicit and receive telephone and mail orders to assure quick and accurate response to customer needs, and to convert customer inquiries to actual sales whenever possible;
  3. Maintain constant knowledge of stock levels, current market and company prices and delivery schedules to give accurate information to customers, potential customers;
  4. Provide sales support, office administration, and process customer debits and credits;
  5. Answer customers’ questions regarding scheduled deliveries and help resolve complaints on products furnished, to achieve greatest possible customer satisfaction;
  6. Continuously increase knowledge of company products, services, and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree
  2. 1 - 2 years work experience
  3. English and/or German language plus native Hungarian
  4. Solid computer knowledge
  5. Strong interpersonal skills
  6. Effective communication and listening skills
