a) Generate, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities with customers and all distribution accounts
b) To take responsibility of the sales and margin in Hungary, work closely with HQ staff to ensure the territory develops with a strong customer base and large opportunity portfolio
c) Work with distribution accounts to drive sales through their branch’s where it can’t be done directly. Set-up regular objectives and targets within the distribution accounts to ensure a focused approach.
d) Follow and implement the company’s strategies into the territory.
e) Ensure sales forecasts and budgets are met or exceeded
f) Focus on customer excellence, actively seek to discover and meet the needs of customers by building relationships with the aim of being ‘world class and market leading’
g) Continually develop new profitable direct accounts in the territory.
a) University degree
b) 3+ years’ experience in a B2B sales role
c) Ideally engineering background in an industrial environment
d) Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
e) Excellent written and verbal communication, in both Hungarian and English
f) Strong negotiation skills
g) Willingness to challenge the status quo, set challenging and ambitious targets and deliver on them.
h) Importantly to be hands on, action orientated.
i) Must have the demonstrated ability to grow sales at enhanced margins
j) A desire to see matters through to a successful conclusion ensuring complete customer satisfaction
