Key Account Manager (Automotive clients)

Job Description


a) Perform new business development and expand existing accounts in the segment of Automotive and related engineering/manufacturing domains
b) Supported by a team of experts act as the customer's point of contact for products and/or services offered by the client before and after sales;
c) Generate and follow up leads;
d) Build up long term relationships with customers;
e) Work closely together with marketing and technical teams;
f) Market and competitor research;
g) Participate in tradeshows, seminars and demonstrations;
h) Responsible for maintaining, improving and creating the customer files and new development projects, including analysis, economical justifications and presentations to customers.


a) University degree,
b) Technical background and a successful commercial B2B experience in sales to manufacturing sector
c) Proven track record of successful new client development and building long term relationships with Key Accounts;
d) Good communication skills, ability to deal with all levels at customer accounts;
e) Project management skills and a good technical ability and understanding;
f) Fluent English;
g) Self-confident and professional appearance;
h) Ability to work in a team and independent at the same time;
i) High degree of computer literacy (MS-Office, etc.) is required;
j) Result Focus/Solution Driven;
k) Driver's license/ driving skills - is a must;
