Experience : 8-10 Years


Job Profile:
• Responsible for end-to-end activities of HR gamut for the business vertical
• Responsible to maintain the adherence of HR policies and procedures at branch, region and
corporate level
• Responsible to oversee the recruitment at regional level on H & S grade employees through the
regional team as per the business requirement with due approvals
• Responsible to deliver within TAT in the recruitment process of M grade employees at regional
and corporate level
• Responsible to ensure the induction for new joinees about the company, group and business at
all levels without fail
• Responsible to collect, collate, analyze and provide the needful input in time for payroll
processing and oversees the same to ensure error free processes
• Responsible to facilitate the PMS process for M grade employees and to initiate, collect, process
and manage the PMS for H & S grade employees with the concurrence of regional & corporate
management
• Responsible to adhere and to accomplish the required registrations, filing of returns,
maintaining registers under all applicable statutes at branch & regional level
• Responsible to maintain good liaisons with government authorities, consultants and legal
authorities
• Responsible for successful running out of employee engagement programme at regional levels
to keep the employees intact
• Responsible for organizing and conducting the required training programmes at branch, regional
and corporate by coordinating with the internal and external faculties on functional &
behavioral aspects
