Job Purpose: To prepare the brand strategy for the brand and be the brand custodian
Essential Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and Deliver brand strategies to drive the brand.
· Development and execution of segment and competition specific strategy.
· Drive innovation process
· Achieve targeted business results – off-takes, market share, revenue & contribution – for entire portfolio, by leading planning & execution of various ATL & BTL initiatives.
· Lead development & execution of brand strategy & annual marketing plans.
· Lead creative agency to develop brand strategy & other brand-related initiatives.
Experience in oral care would be an advantage.
Ideal Candidate :
MBA/PGDM from Premier B-School 2009/2010/2011 passout with sound marketing concepts, analytics and interpersonal skills.
