Job Description

We are looking for an experienced “Digital & Social Media Marketing – Growth Hacking Professional” who thinks on-the-feet, is entrepreneurial, leads from the front, is ready to learn and unlearn, growth & performance focused and most important is numbers (data) driven.

 

Responsibilities:

1.    Be the Digital Marketing Lead for the growth story of the company

2.    Work to rapidly grow the business of  our client by launching, managing and optimizing new acquisition and engagement campaigns across all channels including Paid, Search, Social, Display and Mobile 

3.    Devise digital marketing strategy by analysing user behaviour, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution 

4.    Work with the product team to identify potential product improvements (website – desktop & mobile web or app) to enhance customer experience 

5.    Carry out any other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary

Experience & Skills:

·         An overall experience of 5+ years with a minimum of 2 years in Digital Marketing/ Growth Hacking

·         Obsession about growth metrics

·         Good experience with performance marketing techniques like Adwords, affiliate programs, re-targeting, etc.

·         Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns, Content marketing

·         Solid knowledge of web and app analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
