Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities : 

- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs 

- Ensure recruitment systems and other recruitment related technologies are meeting the needs of the business, and ensure the recruitment team is disciplined in their day to day use of recruiting technology 

- Manage the department's budget to control for cost-per-hire and maximize the value of the team's investments

- Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels and serve as a primary source of staffing and recruiting strategy advice, consultation, and education 

- Develop and implement recruitment programs ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning 

- Brand and Culture building & maintaining a high level of candidate interaction through social media 

Requirements And Qualifications : 

- Ability to Develop People for Managers 

- Analytical Skills 

- Focus on Metrics 

- High sense of urgency and strong follow-through is essential 

- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality 

- Ability to Hire A Players (for Managers) 

- Strategic Thinking/Visioning 

- Proven record of meeting deadlines consistently 

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities 

- Exp 6 - 10 yrs
