Job Description

Role: Senior Brand Manager - (Consumer Business Division)

Key Responsibilities:

 

Brand Management & Innovation:

Conceptualizing marketing approach for products

Formulating launch strategy, blue print & trade activation programs

Design & implement long term and short term marketing strategy in line with the business strategy

Conceptualize appropriate marketing & brand building strategies for the brands

Designing& formulating pricing strategies based on business objectives

Create and implement annual brand marketing plan basis marketing objectives

 

 

Digital Marketing:

Ideating and implementing the digital media strategy for product launches

Creating a brand web-site and moile application to engage the consumer and effectively communicate the brand proposition

 

Social media strategy to seed in brand amongst key influencers on the social media in order to generate awareness for the brand and increasing the online footprint for the brand

Market mapping & segmentation

Consumer Value proposition development

New Product / platform design & testing, distribution & GTM development

Qualitative & Quantitative research planning & execution

 

Market Research:

Carry out general consumer survey based on demographics / psychographics / consumption / brand loyalty / purchase behaviors

Consumer insight

Tracking post price changes amongst consumers

 

Promotions & Activations:

Increased revenues, customer perception and brand loyalty by various consumer activation campaigns.

Single Point contact with the advertising agencies and responsible for all creative briefs and BTL activities, conceptualizing, design, production of “Point of Sale merchandizing”.

 

 

Experience Range: 6-9 yrs

Reports to: Head Marketing
