Title Associate Consultant
Reporting to Senior Consultant
Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal.
Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline, Master’s Degree/MBA in Business or related field will be preferred
Max 2 years of sales experience- Recruitment and Non-Recruitment with a demonstrated and a proven track record in your previous work stint.
Fluency in English language and MS office skills
