Create strategies that help the company meet their marketing/sales objectives.



  • Researching and analyzing market trends and setting up the strategy.
  • Identifying target markets and how best to reach them
  • Set up Key Performance Indicators and monitor the results and reporting.
  • Prepare the annual budget for he department including period monitoring against the actuals and periodic reporting to the Management.
  • Planning campaigns and managing budgets, making sure that campaigns run to deadline and are on budget
  • Organizing the production of posters and brochures
  • Designing social media strategies
  • Attending trade shows, conferences and sales meetings
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
  • Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
  • Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.
  • Working with product development teams to manage new product development and also monitor the product life cycle.
  • Managing launch campaigns for new products.
  • Managing distribution channels for products including study of alternate distribution.
  • Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, electronic and print communication, and advertising.
  • Managing media and marketing staff and external PR agencies.
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including strategies, campaigns and results achieved.





·         Bachelor Degree in Economics, marketing or business administration. Master Degree in marketing will be a plus

·         Minimum 10 years experience with at least 5 years as Marketing Manager/Assistant manager.

·         Excellent command of both spoken and written English

·         Strong communication (spoken and written), sales and presentation skills

·         A creative approach

·         Good organizational and planning skills

·         The ability to lead and motivate a team

·         Drive, motivation and initiative

·         The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

·         The confidence to 'sell' his/her ideas
