Job Description

We are looking for a COUNTRY MANAGER for our business partner which is a global company services in the business of delivering digital content (movies , trailers , adverts) to cinemas.  The position is based in its Istanbul office and manages a team of 6 people.

The ideal candidate is expected to:

Grow the Company's network of cinemas and establish and continue the good relations the Company has with those cinemas already contracted.

Create and continue good relations with content owners such as international studios as well as local film distribution companies,

Have 5-10 years experience in a managerial role.Film/cinema/media background useful and/or an interest in these sectors.

Experience and Skills:

-Degree level of education an advantage

-Proven management skills and an ability to lead a team

-Ability to create ,set out and manage a budget

-Grow the cinema footprint and content owner base

-Ability to enter into and conclude contract negotiations

-Ability to present to clients and at conferences when required

-Ability to manage relationships at a senior level with customers and suppliers

-Ability to forge relationships with key parties in the film industry eg Culture office

-Good communicator within team , upwards to UK management and externally to customers

-Hard- working work ethic with a strong desire to win

-Ability to think creatively as regards opportunities for growth and higher revenues
