2、通过必要的系统升级和整合，来维护当前的系统。
Maintain current system by necessary system updating and integration.
3、负责公司IT系统的整体规划、设计、，启动和实施SAP项目
Take charge of the integrated planning and designing of IT system, initiation and implementation of company's SAP program.
4、管理日常IT基础设施，维护软硬件的管理。
Routine management of IT infrastructure ,software/hardware maintenance
5、负责公司网络安全，并进行配置和检查.
Take charge of company's network safety .Be responsible for configuration and inspection
6、负责网络、服务器及软、硬件的选型、并落实招标、验收、维护、升级、更新、技术支持与帮助工作
Take charge of the selection of network, server and software/hardware, Arrange the work of inviting public bidding, system delivery ,maintenance, updating, and technical support
7、负责制定公司用户账号、数据库、数据备份及公司资产的保护和管理标准
Take charge of setting company's user ID、database、data backup. Formulate the company standard for asset preservation and management.
8、负责公司电信系统、数据专线及Internet专线管理。提供公司互联网域名注册等相关业务的技术支持
Be responsible for the management in company's telecom system, special data link and Internet access. Provide technical support in terms of company Internet domain name registration and other business related.
9、负责对公司内部终端用户的技术支持
Be responsible for technical support in terms of company internal terminal users.
10、负责部门内部的组织管理
Take charge of organizational management within department.
11、参与公司全面质量管理制度体系的建设
Participating in the construction of company total quality control system.
12、贯彻落实质量管理体系及CCC体系要素的相关责任。
 Play roles and responsibilities as required in quality management system and CCC system.
13、实施在职能权责内的人力资源管理，优化人力资源配置。
 Manage manpower resource and optimize allocation of manpower within the scope of PE function.
