Job Description

Our client is a very well known brand active in Retail /fashion industry. To support them in a fast growing business, we are looking for a MEDIA SPECIALIST

Responsibility

• Support in defining the media plan per each campaign.

• Brief to the media agency for defining the investment plan for each campaign.

• Brief to the creative agency for the adaptation/creation of local campaigns.

• Support in managing the adaptation process of global communication materials (creative adaptation/translation for all media – owned and bought).

• Support in the definition and implementation of special brand activation projects (campaign special activities or brand building activities) - both local and global with special reference to: legal requirements to be checked, definition and implementation of eventual contests, production of all related materials.

• Support in managing agreements and relationships with local ambassadors involved in special activities (support in contract definition and type of involvement)

• Ensure the proper delivery of required content for all own and bought media related to each project. • Reports for every campaign, 360° overview (overall, media post analisys, sales impact, trade marketing, visual and training).

• Budget tracking and invoice registration for the related activities.

Requirements

University Degree, almost 3 years’ experience in Marketing field, in an international retail organization.

English fluent, French desirable

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Good knowledge of Retail communication practices.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and planning skills.

Team work Location Milan, available to travel
