Provisioning - Post Sales - Customer Care

Job Description

Based in Milan, the candidate will be the single point of contact with customers, coordinating all internal tasks post-sales for the customer onboarding. He/she ensures that all customer requirements are gathered, analysed and shared with the appropriate internal functions (technical, sales, finance etc.), carried out, monitored and reported.

Main responsibilites:

  • post sales support (back office / non-technical)
  • works as the main point of contact for customers
  • leads kick-off calls with customers and internal teams
  • client installation coordination
  • population of the customer database
  • order entry and order management
  • coordination of delivery of customer equipment
  • development of delivery plans

Required skills / background:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a telecommunications company or ISP / Service Provider
  • Knowledge of IT environment (eg. ISP / Datacentre area)
  • Experience in service delivery management / customer operations of at least 3 - 5 years
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal daily supervision
  • Flexible, adaptable and results oriented
  • Proficient MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project skills
  • Very good / fluent English (written and spoken)

Full-time, permanent contract. Annual gross salary around Euro 35k.
