THE ROLE

We are looking for a

 

TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER PROJECT LEADER

 

In the Manufacturing Department he/she manages the following responsibilities:

 

  • Represent Global Manufacturing Division in Drug Development cross-functional international teams from early phases through to registration
  • Technical Oversight of Industrial Manufacturing Process and Primary Technology Transfer Activities
  • Lead the Launch Team ensuring the development of suitable manufacturing strategy across different sites and timely supply for the launch of new products
  • Ensure transition to life cycle management of new products
  • Perform the role of Project Manager for Secondary Technology Transfer to company plants or to Contract Manufacturers
  • Support due diligences for in-licenced new products

 

Location: Center/North Italy

 

Skills:

  • University Degree (MD or BD) in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Engineering
  • 5 years of Projects Industrialisation / Development including Combination Products up to the commercial phase
  • Knowledge of GMP and Pharmaceutical Regulations (EMA / ICH / FDA)
  • Knowledge of  the Pharmaceutical product development process
  • Negotiate and resolve conflicts and drive consensus among team/functional members to accomplish business objectives
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a complex set of projects
  • English fluent
