Supporting Corporate and Commercial RM’s in marketing, selling, take-on and service of Merchant Services Standalone and Integrated solutions.
Extensive knowledge of current services including: Standalone and Integrated Speedpoint solutions and any new services.
Assist RM’s, Sales Managers in the Pre-sales process of understanding and analysing client requirements
Provide assistance to 3rd parties / clients in respect of connectivity and installations.
Ensure Standalone and Integrated roll-outs is successful and clients are set up trained using our device.
Be available to RM’s and Sales staff to attend certain client visits
Building and maintaining a relationships with 3rd Party Service Providers and switches ie NOMAD, Figment, Concorde, Gijima, UCS etc
Planning, mapping and management of the end to end expected implementation process
Manage client implementations in terms of agreed solutions
Adherence to implementation time lines and deadlines
Assist Relationship Managers and Sales team in the proposal process.
Provide 3rd tier support as and when required
Draw on technical and business experience to assist the bank and clients to resolve and explore solutions including non standard requirements/implementation
Assist clients with Line of business integration into the integrated products and solutions.
Ability to identify alternate methods of connectivity, development or integration methods to achieve a successful implementation.
Ability to travel to sites and liaise onsite with all parties – client, switches, 3rd Party suppliers
Mature attitude and driven to excellence
Have at least 3 years working experience in Merchant Services environment.
Have detailed knowledge of all Merchant Services products and services.
General IT infrastructure knowledge
General understanding of networks and peripheral equipment
Good understanding of client Line of Business systems, particularly NOMAD, Innervation, TJ, Figment, Concorde
Knowledge of communications products e.g. Connectnet, Xlink, Fastnet.
Ability to work under pressure at all levels
Have at least 1 year’s experience in a customer-facing role.
Good presentation, communications and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications
An understanding of the Banking systems (REMEDY, HOGAN, TCS and MERCHANT INSIGHTS) will be advantageous.
