Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic client relationships which result in achievement and growth of annual sales targets.

Act as a trusted advisor in the field of business performance improvement.

Develop and implement sales strategy to meet SA’s performance and budgetary expectations.

Work closely with Operations team to create compelling value propositions to address specific client/industry issues.

Develop and close 3 to 4 large engagements per year.

Develop and close the Open enrolment (public training) and self-managed deployment opportunities

Build a funnel of new opportunities and sell/manage business in professional services and intellectual property to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Actively contribute to compiling the global and local sales strategy and annual budgets to ensure consistent growth and delivery.

Develop and implement system to monitor and track sales progress against plan.

Close collaboration with the global sales team.

 

Required Qualifications:

Relevant Tertiary qualification (e.g. Engineering, Commerce, and Industrial Psychology) backed by:

6 - 8 years’ experience selling consulting services to executive level clients.

Experience and insight into enterprise-wide business transformation programs.

Working knowledge of Operational Excellence including Lean, Six Sigma and Innovation (Expertise an advantage).

A track record in selling and managing delivery of sales targets and maintaining the sales process.

Experience, knowledge and thought leadership in multiple vertical industries.
