Job Description


Accounting and Reporting

-           Ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting for both Statutory and               Group Reporting purposes, interacting with the Local Board of Directors,                     Corporate      Departments and the European organization. Interact with                     Industrial Controlling function based in Italy HQ.

Accounts Receivables

           Manage the local Accounts Receivables and Credit Control, ensure                          achievement of DSO targets, train and grow team members, brings added                value to the business by providing insights on customers financial health,                  ensure compliance with credit policy.

Internal Control

     Proactive Balance Sheet oversight and ownership. Coordinate timely                  reconciliation and identification of risks and opportunities either process or          business plan related.


     Cooperate with Finance HQ Office to manage external and internal audit process.

Management Committee

Be a member of local Management Team.

Potential representation in front of external bodies (trade court, local authorities, …)


Manage legal entities Treasury matters, in coordination with Group Treasury Office. Support Corporate initiatives in this area.


Coordinate timely and accurate tax reporting, filing and overall compliance in the area of direct and indirect taxation. Proactively monitor business, tax and other country specific opportunities to optimize value for the Group.


Responsibility of the controlling side: budgeting, management reporting, business analysis.

Therefore, he/she is acting as business partner for all Finance matters in the region.

Required Competencies.

Qualifications: a graduate in a relevant subject such as accounting, business or financial management. Accounting qualification needed.

Experience: at least 10-15 years working experience. Proven track record within financial management  with specific exposure to accounting, credit control, tax and reporting in a multinational context. Previous experience in budgeting and controlling would also be needed. Remote management experience is advantageous to the position.

Critical skills:

·         Deep knowledge of local GAAP.

·         Sound understanding of local tax and regulatory systems.

·         Good knowledge of IAS

·         Exposure to major ERP system, preferably SAP R3 and Pastel.

·         Orientation to work with strict deadlines

·         Analytical – Able to gain an understanding of key topics by analysis of key data rather than by performing processes.

·         Influence/leadership - Able to gain support and the commitment required to drive through the agreed strategies. Act as role model for assigned deputies.

·         Communication – Ability to communicate in any format, working within a matrix organization to influence and aid the understanding of clients and business partners.

·      Flexibility – Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment by balancing the needs of both Key Clients and Suppliers

·         English language mandatory.
