Accounts Manager (Leather Tanning Chemicals)
What you can expect
The incumbent will be expected to market and sell the company's products to optimise market share and profit margins, ensure budget planning and self-monitoring in line with the business requirements. Other duties will include the following;
Identification and documentation of new business opportunities.
Ensuring ongoing market intelligence, research, identify and evaluate market trends and competitor activities in East Africa Markets.
Assess business potentials in additional East Africa Markets.
Market and sell the company's products to optimise market share and profit margins.
Maintain and develop customer relationships; identifying and implementing improvements to business processes.
Ensure ongoing and targeted business development and management of customer portfolios.
Compiling and monitoring sales budgets; adhering to defined Key Performance Indicators in terms of Product or Customer Management.
Managing relationships with suppliers; interaction and cooperation with relevant internal interfaces and providing operational guidance and support to Customer Service Officers.
Represents the company in conferences and local industry organizations.
Reports on a monthly basis to the EER for EVX.
What we expect
Teritary qualification in the relevant field
5 years experience in the tanning Industry or related field
Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred
Excellent communication,must be fluent in English, Chinese speaking will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of the tanning Industry
Strong project management skills
Valid driver’s license, own vehicle and willingness to travel.
