As an entry role into the business full training and development is given through the first year, and beyond, through our client’s highly regarded in-house training programs.
The initial Business Development Executive role is, subsequent to a short period of on-site training, a territory-based opportunity to engage in a true solution sale positively developing your career.
Successful candidates will be confident individuals who may have experience of one or more of the following;
Successful experience of outbound calling quite likely in an inside sales or telesales environment
Successful experience in a territory sales role and now looking to develop into a more solution based, software led hardware sale
Relevant experience of the solution space of interest but not essential
Selection of personal attributes
