They are currently seeking a Client Engagement Manager to provide post sales professional services and championing the needs of their customers by ensuring that they get the maximum benefit from the services offered.
The role requires management of various resources to provide services to the client and much of this service is provided offshore.

Our Client is looking for a candidate that has the capability to manage and take ownership of their customer’s solution ensuring that they get the best value, this will require you to act as consultant, perform training and providing a focal point for the customer to gain maximum benefit from implementing and using the solution.
Ideally you will have experience of Contact Centre Solutions, analytics and be able to pick up technology quickly.
The additional duties & responsibilities of the role include providing Sales Support and in some cases technical support as well as input to the product development programme
You will also have experience of managing client relationships at post sales stage (but with extensive input at pre-sales), be involved in the account management and overseeing the process of the implementation and working to ensure the customer has a successful experience of the solution.
· Project Management skills are desirable
· Strong relationship management skills
· Required language is English and French other European languages are an advantage .
· Consulting background is an advantage
· Strong negotiation skills
· Ability to work through multiple layers of an organisation and communicate effectively at all levels
· Strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
