Job Description

Our client is a trusted specialist Customer Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, and a leader in the production and design of documents that build better customer relationships and drive results.

Through a combination of consultancy services and their own subscription based solutions offering they provide an excellent opportunity to an individual looking develop their career in an exciting software and services space.

This is a UK wide, field based new business role with the additional, more limited, possibility of overseas travel. Up to two days a week are likely to be spent at our clients HQ near London.

Experience

Successful candidates will be confident individuals who are likely to meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in a current or previous role of selling services and/or software solutions.
  • Able to evidence and demonstrate a consultative selling style.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Dynamic individual with evidence of resilience, high activity levels and winning new label business.
  • Quick to spot and maximize on new opportunities.
  • Can operate independently or as part of a small team demonstrating willingness to engage in a variety of tasks as required.
  • Open and collaborative style.
  • History and evidence of achieving goals and targets. 
  • Genuine desire for progression and development.

The following whilst not required would be of interest:

  • Some knowledge of elements the Customer Communications Management (CCM) process.
  • Data
  • Document Composition
  • Document/Print/Output Management
  • Print
  • Delivery (Physical, Digital)

Full training will however be given by the client.
