Senior Solutions Consultant  

 

Our Client is looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant who has the ability to provide highly creative solutions for their contact centre software that can be used from mobile and IVR self-service to agent-assisted conversations. From inbound and outbound voice, email, SMS, chat and social media.

The Senior Solutions Consultant will act as the primary technical resource for their sales force, and will actively drive and manage the technology stage of the sales process.

Responsible for representing the solution to customer/prospects and at events such as seminars and conferences.

You will also be able to convey the customer’s requirements to the Solution Architects and the Product Management team.

You will be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users in the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.

They are looking for someone who can establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

 

Experience

·         Experience in selling Cloud and on- premise IVR solutions.

·         Building omni-channel applications is desirable within a contact centre.

·         8 – 12 years of Solutions Consulting experience.

·         Batchelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Requirements

·         You must be able to travel throughout the sales territory of UK, Ireland and Nordics
