Job Description

As a Requirement Analyst, you will join a talented and experienced payment team. You will participate in the
requirement specification of the Company's payment processing platform that enables financial institutions with
acquiring, monitoring, netting and clearing functions for their payments systems.




  • Document and manage the customer requirements
  • Participate in and facilitate customer requirements meetings and work together with the Product and Project implementation teams towards the most optimal functional solution
  • Act as liaison for any functional and technical matters between the implementation teams consisting of business analysts and technical architects and the different requirement owners
  • Participate in the review of the functional specifications produced by the business analysts
  • Provide hands-on support during Certification and User Acceptance Testing phases, including installations
  • Act as primary point of contact on issues raised during transition phase and follow-up on resolution and reporting progress of these to the different stakeholders



  • Proven experience in payments is a must, between 3-5 years in International Payments or in one of the following: SEPA (Direct Debits and/or Credit Transfers), UK Faster Payments, ACH/Clearing Houses,
  • SWIFT Payments
  • Experience in writing functional specifications in the domain of business process modeling and
  • interactive web application based on software products.
  • Good knowledge of software development processes and QA methodologies, be ready to do some QA activities according to the needs of projects
  • UML knowledge is a plus

  • Very committed: will require very strong commitments at peak times
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
