Role Context:


India network is a growing organization and the dynamics of increasing offices and increasing staff lend challenge into the role. To understand how each office and consultant within, is on its own learning curve, to be able to appreciate the state of each, and to be able to support each to step up in the growth trajectory is a great contribution in the role.

The role exists to increase revenue for the Antal network, and this is primarily achieved through supporting the offices in understanding and adhering to best practices within recruitment, and help them to stay close to the Antal’s model of business.




Direct Responsibility:

1.     To conduct training sessions/ other inputs at the foundation level. Work intensively with the new staff in the offices and support them with on the job training inputs.

2.     To conduct sessions in the core induction training, and to manage Week 2 of the induction.

3.     Support in hiring for staff across the network for respective offices.


Operational Support:

1.     Co-ordination for Induction training, including and not limited to vendor co-ordination for venue, training material and stationery, attendance etc.

2.     Logistic co-ordination for office visits undertaken by the Manager, including agenda and schedule confirmation with various offices

3.     In consultation with the Manager, scheduling and arranging of various training inputs, which is part of the training support basket.

4.     Setting up mechanisms to check participation and effectiveness of training inputs.

5.     Facilitating and ownership for global competitions for India

6.     Ownership for setting new owners onto IT system and other tasks that will ensure a smooth integration into the existing network.

7.     Support the Franchise team, as and when needed.



Gain a thorough understanding of Antal’s competences, sales processes and value proposition.

Essentials :

·         1- 3 years of experience in a sales or industry related field will be preferred.

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field
