Operations Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities
 Setting up scalable processes to ensure seamless execution of daily orders
 Create, implement and optimize logistics, store and vendor management processes to build a great customer experience
 Setting up partnerships with logistics partners, recruitment agencies and various vendors with a long term vision
 Working closely with the product team to continuously evolve internal systems
 Managing and training the task force
 Strong analytics, ability to work with people to gather information. Excellent documentation and process mapping skills are a must
 Coordinate and maintain relationships with clients for store related issues
 Team expansion, as and when required
Requirements
 Graduate from IIT/BIT
 Good organization and planning skills, structured and logical approach essential
 Ability to work under pressure and possess a keen eye for detail
 Quick Decision making and problem solving
 At least 2 years of experience in operations or consulting (start-up experience is a major plus)
 Team player; must get along well with colleagues at all levels
 Experience of handling a team will be a major plus
