Key Responsibilities

·  Manage (Hire and Coach) team of developers to be able to succeed in their goals

·  Create and coach mid-managers in the team to be able to grow the innovations

·  Enforce effective use of tools and gaining knowledge for excelling in business

·  Constantly review and ensure the team reflects highest level of commitment

·  Enable a structure to manage Development & QA Team

·  Own the Product Roadmap. Product Management and Sprint Planning + Execution

·  Software Design & Architecture Decisions

·  Create short term and long term strategy

·  Identify architectural weaknesses and recommending appropriate solutions along with team managers

 

Requirements

·  Problem solver: Able to understand complex issues and provide effective solutions

·  Leader: Able to drive the team to deliver high quality results

·  Result-Driven: Proven ability to consistently achieve targets

 

Additional Information

·  The said profile would be based out of Mumbai

·  6+years of experience ranging from developing softwares to owning Products

·  Experience in creating mobile first solutions is a must

·  Experience at a technology startup is a plus

·  Strong cross-teaming skills and a team player

·  Result-oriented and independent thinker

·  Good analytical thinking and skills
