Job title – Business Director – Activations & Events

Overview of job 
 Looking for a Business Director – Activations & Events with a leading Media Agency.

This person will be responsible to take care of the entire West Region for a large experiential business. And also would be responsible to build a relationship both internally with the Media team as well as externally with the client.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the National Director

3.    Working on diverse projects that are not just experiential in nature but layered with other media

In six months, you would have:
•    Established one junior resource in the system and familiarized him/her in all aspects
•    Been a desired and active participant in brand led ideations and brainstorms
•    Built a healthy conversion ratio on campaigns and helped your reportee to run at least 2 campaign on their own
In 12 months, you would have:
•    Been a desired and active participant in brand strategy meetings with the client in addition to internal teams
•    A clear action plan for dependable and foreseeable business growth
•    Built a strong business case for team expansion on the back of the business built
•    Celebrated for at least 1 award for the work done by you
Responsibilities of the role:
•    The candidate must have clear knowledge of both events and activation
•    Should have operational / production knowledge along with good communication skills
•    Must be able to think off creative ideas to solve brand requirements
•    Has to be able to make presentations and sell ideas effectively
•    Entrepreneurial in nature – minimise costs (work smartly) and maximise revenue
What you will need:
•    Graduate/Post Graduate
•    Relevant experience of 7-10 years in activations & events
•    Ability to lead a campaign end to end from understanding of brief to implementation of solution
•    Team building & team management skills
•    Entrepreneurial mind set and drive to build the business under you
