Head Europe Sales - Infra structure management

Job Description

looking for a Head of Europe Sales who will lead a team of sales professionals to deliver sales revenue of nearly $20 Million in 2015. The mandate for this position will be not only to meet/exceed the sales targets for the year, but also to aggressively grow the business in both width and depth year after year.

 Responsibilities will include:

  1. Meeting & exceeding revenue & gross  margin quotas of self and team
  2. Sharpening focus and direction of the sales team towards short term and long term goals
  3. Employing distinct strategies for hunting & farming
  4. Increasing average deal size as well as signing larger multi-year deals
  5. Hiring and retaining top notch IMS sales professionals

Desired profile for the role:

  1. Mature professional with significant experience in the IMS Industry
  2. Established credentials in leading a sales organization of equivalent scale
  3. Experience of selling hardware breakfix (maintenance/TPM services) engagements
  4. Experience of onshore/offshore delivery model
  5. C-level customer contacts
  6. Selling large complex IM deals
